Do you charge per teammate?
No. ZevCloud bills per deployment, never per seat. Invite as many engineers, designers, contractors, or finance folks as you want. Your bill is determined by what you ship, not who logs in.
Can I use ZevCloud outside Nigeria?
Yes. ZevCloud is built in Nigeria but available worldwide. Sign up from anywhere and pay in Naira via ZevPay or in USD. We're rolling out across Africa next — you don't need to wait for your country to be supported to start shipping.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan does not require a payment method. Add one only when you upgrade a service to a paid plan.
How does the plan apply to different service types?
The same four compute plans apply to every service ZevCloud hosts. You pick a plan when you create a service; resources (memory, CPU, storage) are the same regardless of what runs on it.
Is pricing per team or per service?
Per service deployment. Each service in a team has its own plan, so a team can run one paid app alongside a free static site without paying twice. Inviting teammates never adds anything to the bill.
How is billing handled?
Every charge generates a ZevPay invoice. Settle it from your ZevPay account in Naira (or USD if your team is on USD billing) or with your Zev Credit balance.
Can I switch plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades pro-rate immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What about VAT?
VAT is itemised on every invoice when applicable; the rate follows current Nigerian regulations.
