How it works

Step 01
Create a bucket
Pick a name and a Central EU region. Choose visibility (private by default, or public-read for CDN-style static assets).
Step 02
Get your S3 credentials
Access key + secret are returned once at creation. Plug them into any S3 SDK (boto3, aws-sdk, the AWS CLI) and start uploading.
Step 03
Build with it
Use ZevCloud Storage like any S3 bucket. Sign URLs, multipart upload, lifecycle policies, presigned downloads. Every standard pattern works.

S3-compatible API
Works with every SDK and tool that speaks S3: boto3, aws-sdk, MinIO client, rclone, Cyberduck. Endpoint is `storage.zevcloud.net`, region `eu-central-1`.
Per-bucket access keys
Every bucket gets its own scoped credential. A leak on one bucket cannot reach another. Rotate any key with a single click, and the 24h grace period keeps services online while they restart.
Central EU data residency
All data lives on EU-jurisdiction hardware. Important for compliance and for keeping customer data close to the rest of your ZevCloud stack.
Object Lock (WORM)
Enable Object Lock at bucket creation for write-once, read-many semantics. Required for compliance use cases. Once enabled, the flag is immutable.
Public-read buckets
Flip a bucket to public-read for direct browser fetches. Perfect for serving avatars, logos, static assets straight from your bucket without a CDN in between.
Egress baked in
Every plan includes a monthly egress allowance. We throttle (not bill) when you reach it, so no surprise overage invoices. The Free plan gets 10 GB egress; paid plans scale to terabytes.
Connect to any service
One-click "Connect bucket" from any app or worker service injects `S3_ENDPOINT`, `S3_BUCKET`, `S3_ACCESS_KEY`, `S3_SECRET` as managed env vars. Rotation propagates automatically.
